Cons of working at Security Service Federal Credit Union

All they care about are sales and micromanaging every moment of your day. Managers sit around and watch the branch cameras to make sure you aren’t talking, looking at your phone for a split second, or being human at all. They nitpick everything and have favorites that is obvious to everyone.

How would you improve Security Service Federal Credit Union's culture?

Stop focusing so hard on sales. It’s a CU. We should be doing what is best for the members, not only worrying about making money. I know deposits and loans are necessary for revenue, but this place is extremely stressful about it.

How does your compensation at Security Service Federal Credit Union compare to the industry average?

I am not making nearly enough for the COL in Co and the work I am expectted to do. They offer no incentives or bonuses which is odd for a CU.
