Ready to make an impact in a place where you matter? - Position Summary: The SAP Security Specialist is responsible for the design, governance, and ongoing management of SAP security and access controls within Oatey's SAP S/4HANA environment. This role serves as an individual contributor, owning Business Role Management, SAP GRC Access Control, and user access governance to ensure secure, compliant, and business-aligned SAP solutions. The position partners closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate job responsibilities into least-privilege role designs, support audit and compliance requirements, and continuously improve SAP security maturity. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining business blueprint and design documents that support Security and GRC activities. Administer SAP GRC Access Control suite of programs, including user provisioning, segregation of duty management, emergency access, role management and reporting. Design, implement, and govern business roles aligned to job functions and business processes, including role lifecycle management, ownership, and periodic review. Partner with business and functional stakeholders to translate job responsibilities into compliant, least-privilege SAP role designs. Administer GRC User Access Management Process to monitor key business processes. Responsible for leading SAP GRC maintenance, user role/account management maturity and evolution. Develop InfoSec capabilities while developing and maintaining security standards, policies, procedures and processes while ensuring that company systems are fully compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements and privacy laws. Maintain SAP S/4HANA & FIORI Security based solutions. Coordinating with various teams for administration of Security and GRC tasks. Assist functional and technical team with solving critical issues, as it relates to Security or GRC. Assist team in administering heterogenous security tool landscape. Integrate SAP security and GRC systems with other security tools and platforms to orchestrate end-to-end security processes and improve interoperability. Knowledge and Experience: 5+ Years SAP Security and GRC experience. Good understanding of the SAP authorization concept and the role-based access control model. Ability to set up roles and administer them to users (including derived and composite roles). Hands-on experience with Business Role Management in SAP, including job-based role modeling and role lifecycle governance. Experience in SAP GRC Access Controls Suite / Process Controls Suite. Experience with SAP GRC 12 - including reporting capabilities and S4 HANA. Experience with implementation of mitigation controls for SOD violations and remediation. Multiple years' experience in SAP system audit and risk management and able to effectively strategize control testing and implementation. 5 years in relevant security governance, risk and compliance roles focused on executing SAP security and associated identity and access management function. Experience in risk assessments and audits related to all products and functions e.g., HANA, Basis, Fiori etc. implemented as part of the SAP technology portfolio. Strong skills in SAP Security Design Configuration and Administration. Experience with automation technologies such as scripting languages, APIs, and workflow automation tools. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: General * Conduct regular security checks in the Employee Parking Lot or Employee Entrance, which ever you are assigned to, throughout all operating hours, following specified protocols * Report incidents, accidents, alarms, maintenance issues, intrusions, or any noteworthy occurrences for to Security Control or BASE (when online) interact responsibly with diverse entities performing business at Progressive Field Employee Parking Lot and Employee Entrance * conduct security screenings for personnel when entering Employee Entrance and ensure all vehicles that enter the Employee Parking Lot have a valid parking placard for the specific year, * Implement emergency response procedures in accordance with company security policy and procedures. * Interface with Cleveland Police, Gateway personnel, Game Day Security & Maintenance, and all other Progressive Field associates, as necessary * Be flexible in working different posts with varying responsibilities * Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and follow instructions * Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned Employee Lot * Supervise and guide traffic and parking activities in the parking lot with a focus on maintaining order and efficiency * Safely direct traffic for both entry and exit * Provide escort assistance to vehicle for employees, upon request * Inform the supervisor of any lighting issues, safety hazards, or discrepancies observed * Verify the presence of current employee hangtags and monitor the authorized volunteer parking list * Responsible for securing radios and flashlights * Report and document incidents, accidents, maintenance issues, intrusions, or any noteworthy occurrences, including but not limited to damaged or stolen vehicles, to bring to the attention of management. * Communicate and work with any 3rd party security services that the Cleveland Guardians' may hire for extra security measures * Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned Employee Entrance * Ensure all personnel are scheduled via ABI when clocking in. * Ensure all personnel have current year ballpark ID badges * Security screen all personnel via the WTMD or Open Gates and perform Secondary Screening if required * Security Screen all bags for prohibited items including weapons * Report and document incidents, accidents, maintenance issues, intrusions, or any noteworthy occurrences, to the Security Control room or BASE (when online) JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or G.E.D. * Must be at least 18 years of age * Demonstrate technical proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel, and possess the capability to learn, understand, and utilize our computerized surveillance system, incident reporting program, entry control system, and any other technologies employed at Progressive Field * Must possess valid driver's license * Proficiency in operating security-monitoring equipment, fire alarm equipment and comprehend written security protocols * Good physical and mental condition with the ability to perform extensive foot patrol duties during all weather conditions * Capability to handle stressful situations and emergency situations DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS: * Familiarize yourself with and comprehend the relevant policies and procedures of the Ballpark Services department and the Cleveland Guardians Organization * Develop a clear understanding of various departments within the organization and the specific responsibilities of staff members in the department * Effectively monitor and implement policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests * Gain comprehensive knowledge of all areas within the ballpark to provide accurate directions and assistance to guests * Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the Employee Handbook and our uniform requirement AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS: * Must be available to work 56 out of 81 home games (70%) during the months of April through October.
