Duties:
Lead the Completion of Security and Privacy Questionnaires: Partner with sales, IT and legal teams to support deal cycles through timely and accurate responses to security questionnaires and due diligence requests.
Conduct Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Reviews of Contracts for Clients and Vendors: Provide information security and data privacy expertise to sales, IT and legal teams during contract negotiations and administration.
Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Help design and build a common repository of standardized responses, support, and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve our workflows and implement new processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
Privacy Assessment Coordination: Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to coordinate completion of privacy and data protection impact assessments.
Consumer Rights Requests: Manage data subject rights requests and process responses.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in a cyber security, information security, or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) role.
Proven experience reviewing, negotiating, or advising on cyber security contract language and completing complex security questionnaires (e.g., SIG, CAIQ).
A strong understanding of various cyber security control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and the ability to articulate our compliance with these frameworks to both technical and non-technical audiences, both inside and outside the organization.
Working knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices (including CCPA, VCDPA, CPA, TCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA, HIPAA, PCI, etc.).

Your Role as a Protector:

What you'll bring to the role

Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.

Salary range for the position $95,000 to $135,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. High School diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
2. Previous airline experience preferred.

6. Focus on external appearances- appropriate weights- signs of tampering with packaging, insertion of inappropriate items.
7. Inspection of food carts and supply trolleys must include side panels, doors, undercarriages, and dry ice compartments for items that do not belong. Searching under carts/trolleys/trays may be accomplished with a mirror.
8. Inspection must take place inside the catering facility or on the loading dock, and must be conducted to the extent permitted by local laws and hygiene standards.
9. Search the inside of the vehicles for weapons, explosives and other deadly or dangerous items just prior to loading catering carts.
10. Escort all catering carts from the time the monitoring/inspection is completed until the carts are loaded onto the transport vehicle.
11. After concluding the search and loading, close and seal all carts with tamper evident security seals.
12. The air carrier or representative meeting the carts at the aircraft will inspect the seal for signs of tampering prior to breaking it.
13. In the event a seal shows signs of tampering or are discovered broken, the suspect cart must be searched for weapons, explosives, and other dangerous devices prior to loading on aircraft.
14. All seals must be stored in a locked container and protected from unauthorized access.
15. Notify or ensure immediate Law Enforcement Officer and/or Airline Ground Security Coordinator notification when necessary.
16. Ensure safe handling of dangerous or deadly weapons/objects discovered until arrival of the Law Enforcement Officer.
17. Contact Law Enforcement Officer if items of contraband (illegal items) are discovered during the screening process. Maintain control of items until arrival of the L.E.O.
18. Report all Government tests, real weapons, injuries and other major incidents to supervisor immediately.
19. Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.
20. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff and public in a courteous manner.
21. Attend meetings and in-services as required.
22. Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required.
23. Must be in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials.
24. Identification badges must always be visible.
25. Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.
26. Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost effective manner.

Job Summary
The Professional Standards Lieutenant performs a variety of administrative and professional duties serving as the institution's professional standards and accreditation manager.
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the Public Safety Department's implementation, maintenance and adherence to state and/or national accreditation. The position ensures compliance with the institution and the university system's policies and directives.
The incumbent in the position oversees the department s response to complaints alleging employee misconduct and personally conducts, or supervises others in conducting, investigations as directed by the Chief of Police. The position also has responsibility for overseeing the investigation of external concerns regarding the operation of the department and for ensuring the integrity of the department is maintained through adherence to internal processes which are established to provide objectivity, fairness, and justice through impartial investigations.
This position is designated as Campus Security Authority (CSA) and is responsible for reporting crimes and other incidents to the Clery Act Compliance Officer for inclusion in the Annual Campus Security Report in accordance with the Federal Clery Act and GGC policy .

* Reviews and provides guidance to others on technical and complex issues relating to law enforcement standards, the accreditation/certification and compliance processes

Your Role as a Protector:
