What You'll Contribute
The Principal Specialist, Corporate Security will be responsible for supporting the execution of security protocols and ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures. The receptionist/security officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Greet guests, employees and staff with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and well attended. Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and forwarding messages as needed. Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed. Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of all visitors for safety and accountability. What You'll Do

The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company's operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. Scheduling Expectations
The scheduling parameters and expectations for a flex officer are different from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post. As a flex:
You will be trained at various posts and /or facilities based on operational need. While you may work at a specific post or location for several weeks due to need, this will not be a permanent assignment.
Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
Some of your shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week's schedule. Sometimes you will be called with short notice and asked to come in to cover for someone who is unable to work their shift.
You are expected to work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the availability described on this sheet. Security Officer Part- Time
Under general guidance, participates in the continuous, safe, and efficient operations and/or maintenance of an assigned functional area. Assist in ensuring the safety and security of employees, customers, contractors, and assets by patrolling facilities, controlling physical access, responding to incidents and alarms, coordinating initial crisis management response, preparing internal reports, and assisting employees with unruly individuals Participates in monitoring controls and administers to the employee population and public to achieve maximum business results relating to overall performance, cost efficiency and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be certified with the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. Act as liaison between the company and law enforcement.
3. Communicate activities and incidents with the Intelligence Security Operations Center (iSOC) and management.
4. Adhere to company policies and procedures that include participating in company-mandated training sessions -- such as annual training and certification in Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), pursuant to federal mandates.
5. Ensure visitor management check in processes are followed and accurate.

Working Hours:
1. The position requires working part-time hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The specific schedule will be determined based on the needs of the facility and will be communicated to the employee in advance.

**What You'll Contribute**
The Principal Specialist, Corporate Security will be responsible for supporting the execution of security protocols and ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures. The receptionist/security officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Greet guests, employees and staff with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and well attended. Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and forwarding messages as needed. Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed. Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of all visitors for safety and accountability. Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and support team objectives. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving reception services.
**What You'll Do**
+ Assist in the enforcement of corporate security policies, protocols, and procedures.
+ Support the execution of security measures, including access control systems, surveillance systems, and physical security protocols.
+ Review Logbook, Temporary Post Orders and Revisions to Original Post Orders sections of post orders.
+ Review any equipment and keys (if any) and ensure that it is in good condition.
+ Monitor access control & VMS.
+ Maintain a daily Security Officer Report and save in the guard force shared drive.
+ Answer lobby desk phone and provide customer assistance.
+ Issue visitor, contractor, and temporary access badges. Screen all visitors.
+ Contact the Security Operations Center (SOC) for customer request approvals (desk unlocks, etc.)
+ Maintain visitor logs.

The Operational Intelligence Center (OIC) is a sophisticated command center dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to retail centers across North America. As an OIC Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service through telephone interactions with customers and tenants, supporting security operations via radio communications, and monitoring video surveillance systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone and radio calls.
Communicate effectively with callers to gather complete information and determine the appropriate level of service, including dispatching police, fire, medical, security, or property management.
Collaborate with on-site security personnel to resolve incidents.
Provide pre-arrival emergency or medical instructions to law enforcement or fire personnel.
Escalate and coordinate incidents with the OIC Supervisor.
