Environmental Support
* Monitor and analyze information from tools/apps through open sources to identify potential threats and risks to Wayfair's personnel, facilities, and assets within the Global Safety & Security Operations Center (GSOC)
* Assist in the development and implementation of safety and security protocols as well as education and training initiatives in collaboration with GSOC leadership
* Collaborate with GSOC leadership to enhance safety and security measures and ensure compliance with standards
* Provide regular updates on project status and outstanding issues, specifically around travel risk assessment and severe weather coordination.
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
* Demonstrate a foundational understanding of Utilizing AI tools and technologies.
Safety & Health Support
* Assist the investigations team with analytical support to identify threats to the organization through open-source intelligence resources, exception reporting and tips
* Help develop and evolve current investigation procedures and continue the evolution of our case management/ticketing system
* Report investigative findings to the investigations team and/or appropriate field partners
* Support field leadership with investigations for the global enterprise.
* Possess current CPR,First Aid, AED certification from American Red Cross, or be willing to obtain the certification.
Corporate Safety and Security
* Perform daily front desk functions by monitoring alarms, access control, and events that may impact Wayfair's HQ operations and assets
* Review, analyze, respond, and escalate issues to help mitigate threats to Wayfair's employees, property, and partners in Boston
* Perform Safety and Security duties as assigned and assist in the day-to-day operations at headquarters
* Maintain detailed records of communications and events, interaction and incident tracking, case management, safety compliance, and supporting calendars
What you'll do:

* Dispatch and coordinate responses to security incidents

It is one of the 120 city parks in Providence, including 12 downtown parks. During the winter season, The Providence Rink serves over 50,000 ice skating and ice bumper car patrons. It is the premier destination for visitors to explore our downtown parks and a staple in the community for outdoor activities.
The City Center and Providence Rink is looking for a seasonal Safety and Security Coordinator position. The staff member will work under the supervision of programming coordinators and will report to the Director of Athletic and Event Facilities.
Opportunities at the City Center are fun, fast paced and challenging. Safety and Security coordinator must work to provide the best experience possible for patrons and staff at the facility. This position will work in a security role and promote park rules and regulations. This position will also assist in facility safety as well as opening and closing the facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor outdoor winter facility for safety and security and enhance the experience of the rink customers by providing a fun and safe environment
Monitor theft or loss from patrons on ice rink without admission tickets
Coordinate with the public safety or police department if needed

Play back security camera footage if needed
Book additional security through the approved security vendor as needed and approved

Activity Security Representative III
The Security Specialist's primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
In this role you will….
Perform classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence
Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
Perform destruction of classified materials
Process magnetic media for accountability
Reproduction support for classified materials
Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control
Assist in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files
Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing
Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices
Escort facility visitors and maintains associated logs
Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges
Conduct entry and exit inspections
Assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control
Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota information

Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence
Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages and receipts
Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility
Execute Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires
Conduct Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Defense Infrastructure Security for Systems (DISS) and SAPNP reviews of candidates being submitted for SAP access
Perform data entry and record checks in the Air Force Access Data System (AFADS) and maintains all customer sponsored personnel access information current
Perform indoctrinations
Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for Team Members

Experience Requirements:
5-7 years related experience
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 1 years of experience
Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 1 years of experience
Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 3 years
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
Certification Requirements:
Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions)
Security Clearance Requirements:
Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Job DescriptionCity of Providence Parks Department - City Center Rink City Center Rink is in the heart of downtown Providence between Biltmore and Burnside Park. It is one of the 120 city parks in Providence, including 12 downtown parks. During the winter season, The Providence Rink serves over 50,000 ice skating and ice bumper car patrons. It is the premier destination for visitors to explore our downtown parks and a staple in the community for outdoor activities.
The City Center and Providence Rink is looking for a seasonal Safety and Security Coordinator position. The staff member will work under the supervision of programming coordinators and will report to the Director of Athletic and Event Facilities.
Opportunities at the City Center are fun, fast paced and challenging. Safety and Security coordinator must work to provide the best experience possible for patrons and staff at the facility. This position will work in a security role and promote park rules and regulations. This position will also assist in facility safety as well as opening and closing the facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor outdoor winter facility for safety and security and enhance the experience of the rink customers by providing a fun and safe environment
Monitor theft or loss from patrons on ice rink without admission tickets
Coordinate with the public safety or police department if needed
Primary person for first aid response and incident reports
Communicate on the 2-way radio with management team
Play back security camera footage if needed
Book additional security through the approved security vendor as needed and approved
Assist in facility safety - such as monitoring for tripping or slipping hazards
Assist with opening and closing the facility
