Security Officer | Full Time | Monday-Friday | Afternoon Shift | 1400-2200
Security Officers are dedicated security professionals with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a complex environment. Security Officers work as a team, patrolling the Club's property via vehicle and foot and/or ensuring security at a series of fixed locations in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as Club regulations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as operator in the conduct of static security posts
Support the execution of plans in support of Club operations
Participate and assist in conducting beginner, intermediate, and advanced security training
Conduct research and analysis in support of Club security missions
Provide mobile security support as directed by security leadership
Respond to emergency situations (medical/fire/suspicious person, etc.)
Execute security support as dictated by security leadership
Execute roving patrols of assigned locations
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Learn advanced skillsets (medical/VIP escort/security hardware and technology/etc.)
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalency certificate
4+ years of experience in the military, law enforcement, overseas security contracting, or corporate security.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
Military deployment and/or intelligence experience
Aptitude for critical incident handling
CPR/first aid for the professional rescuer or BLS
Computer-based proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more

Scheduling Expectations
The scheduling parameters and expectations for a flex officer are different from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post. As a flex:
You will be trained at various posts and /or facilities based on operational need. While you may work at a specific post or location for several weeks due to need, this will not be a permanent assignment.
Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
Some of your shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week's schedule. Sometimes you will be called with short notice and asked to come in to cover for someone who is unable to work their shift.
You are expected to work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the availability described on this sheet. Position Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older.
* High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
* Standard computer / technology skills needed.
* Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!
* Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
* Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
* Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
* All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
* 2 years Security experience.
