Position Description:

Respond to incidents.

Display excellent communication skills.
Use mobile guard tour apps and effective communication
Walk up and down flights of stairs.
Conduct Outside patrols and be able to tolerate incliment weather.
Report all suspicious activity in real time
Provide resident friendly customer services
Access control on banned people.
Engage with first responders (police, fire, ems)
Handle and respond to resident complaints
Enforce house rules
Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed positions and at least 21 years of age for driving positions.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or prior security experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants must possess a valid security guard license.
As a condition of employment, applicants may be subject to a drug test depending on the client site and contract requirements.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws.
In New York state, a Valid, non-expired, New York state security guard license containing a verifiable UID is required prior to employment.
For Driving positions:
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only and will be subject to a motor vehicle report check with the state DMV.
