The officer will be responsible for conducting scheduled and random patrols, ensuring the safety of tenants, employees, and visitors, and serving as a visible deterrent to theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols across assigned client properties, including retail centers, office buildings, and parking areas. Check doors, gates, and access points to ensure they are properly secured. Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations. Respond to alarms, disturbances, or calls for service in a timely and professional manner. Complete detailed patrol and incident reports through the companys reporting system after each visit. Provide a visible and professional security presence to deter criminal activity. Communicate effectively with dispatch, property management, and law enforcement when necessary. Maintain strong situational awareness and take initiative to resolve minor issues before they escalate. Qualifications: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess or be eligible for a valid security license (as required by local jurisdiction).
