Security Operations Management * Assists in planning, developing, and implementing the College's Security Operations Manual and Standard Operation Procedures. * Oversees contracted security service provider performance through daily shift log reviews, monthly performance evaluations, and post order updates. * Tracks, analyzes, and reports on security incidents across all campuses using centralized database systems. * Conducts investigations of reported incidents including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. * Prepares comprehensive incident reports with recommendations for the Manager's review. * Participates actively in the College's Threat Assessment Team. * Identifies and escalates threats, patterns, or serious concerns requiring senior management attention. 2.
