This position will manage all field and facility functions related to Security services. The incumbent will ensure that required security program components are implemented and administered in accordance with corporate policies, standards, and procedures, and ensure that the security program is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Accountabilities include: development, implementation, maintenance and enforcement of all security elements of corporate Security standards and procedures, emergency, environmental, safety, and transportation response plans, and Site and/or Facility Security Plan (as designated by applicable regulation); provide support to EHS and site operations processes as necessary including, but not limited to screening and onboarding of contractor personnel working at company sites, investigation and reporting of security related incidents and implementation of applicable operating procedures and field practices in response to emergency and/or heightened security risk situations. The incumbent has oversight responsibilities for contract security services, which may include managing a contract that has 60 or more personnel that provide guarding services for company facilities and functions / activities. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study preferred, such as Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Sociology, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of supervisory experience and education from which comparable and demonstrable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
8 years of experience in security operations/loss prevention, program management, or facility security in a critical infrastructure environment. Required minimum 7 years of experience with a proven track record in team leadership, including setting objectives, coaching staff, fostering collaboration across departments, and driving operational results, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer proficiency in general business software is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of Department of Homeland Security Programs.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage facility access control processes for employees, contractors, visitors and delivery entry to the assigned site(s).

Manage contractor screening and site orientation processes for the assigned site(s).
Create and manage applicable expense and capital budgets for the security programs at the assigned site(s).
Maintain all Security systems including electronic access control, security alarms systems, CCTV, fencing and gates, and other physical security equipment, as needed and partner with the Corporate Physical SecuritySpecialist, the administration of the listed systems,
Maintain Security Operations Center (SOC) for routine enterprise-wide monitoring, internal and external communications and dispatch for emergency response services, and routing of external calls to appropriate personnel.
Respond to emergencies. Support and participate in all facility response plans and activities, including environmental, safety, security and transportation emergencies, and fulfill assigned role(s) within the established Incident Command System (ICS) structure for designated site(s).
Fulfill the responsibilities of Facility Security Officer or Assistant Facility Security Officer at assigned facilities and maintain prerequisite training for holding these designations.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding all Corporate Security programs areas and oversee the regulatory requirements by various agencies.
Coordinate with site stakeholders to ensure awareness of and compliance with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Programs.
Lead site investigations involving security and/or company policy, standard, procedure, or rule violations as assigned.
Provide Leadership in facility incident investigations, DHS, and other security compliance audits, reviews and inspections.
Establish and maintain liaison relationships with local and area supporting law enforcement, public emergency response organizations, and DHS inspectors.
Perform oversight security risk assessments and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities. Interact with facility management and outside local representatives, law enforcement and emergency personnel.

A Typical Workday May Include:
This is general law enforcement and firefighting work dedicated to the protection of life and/or property. Work performed involves an element of personal danger. Employees work under general supervision following a period of field training and may be assigned to work in the Patrol Division, in the Fire Division, on special assignments, or as an investigator or Crime Prevention Officer assigned to the Criminal Investigation's Division. A newly hired Protector in Tulsa will earn no less than $65,000 in their first year with GDBA. Tulsa-based Protectors could earn up to $77,000 in first year earnings when accounting for prior relevant experience, GDBA Training Academy performance, and promotion opportunities.
This is a full-time position with benefits, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k).
Your Role as a Protector:
Monitor property while utilizing the tools and technology of a GDBA Command Center
Screen visitors and vendors; control all access to protected site
Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies
Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and when they travel
Provide secure transportation as needed
Survey and prepare (advance) locations prior to arrival of client
Prepare detailed documentation of suspicious activity
Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat

Be able to pass physical readiness test (Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, 800m run)
Protectors must be drug and nicotine free
Able to pass a pre-employment background investigation
Must be able to swim

Responsible for managing and optimizing the security posture of mission-critical infrastructure services within the Infrastructure Security Tower. This includes ensuring operational resilience, compliance, and continuous improvement across NGFW, Secure DNS, VPN, WAF, and privileged-access platforms. Reports to Infrastructure Tower Lead.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or related field.
