This position is located at Ebbing ANG Base, AR and will support F-35 security operations. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required. Some travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a Top-Secret clearance may be required in the future. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site security operations including but not limited to: - Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits. - Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 - Provide overall SAP security administration and support as outlined in the DoDM 5205.07 series regulations. - Enforce all USAF, local security procedures, practices, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705 - Perform random entry/exit searches, changes combinations and generate SF 700s. - Performs classified material management. - Control access to secure facilities, handle and storage of classified documents and electronic media. - Assist instructors, students and visitors using facilities. - Operate badging and access control systems. - Monitor security camera systems. - Assist in self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections. - Perform and document vault alarm tests. - Assist in security inquiries. - Assist in providing training and scheduling of vault hours and coverage in specified squadrons or Fighter Training Center (FTC). - Other duties as needed by site and security leadership.
