Summary/Objective:
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property within the facility. This includes monitoring security cameras, access control systems, intrusion systems, radio communications, and fire life safety systems. The role requires accurate and timely updating of security documentation, including incident reports, injury reports, daily activity reports, and event reports. The Security Officer will also play a significant role in event management, working closely with VIPs, conducting Executive Protection assignments, managing large crowds, and creating a welcoming environment while enforcing company policies and procedures on Academy Campus and external locations.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Monitor video management systems, access control, intrusion alarms, visitor management software, fire life safety systems, including vault suppression systems.
Ensure all security systems are functioning properly and conduct troubleshooting steps as needed.
Complete security documentation, such as Event reports, Daily Activity reports and Incident/Injury reports.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills to provide a positive service experience for all building occupants attending Academy facilities and external event locations.
Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, outside vendors, and law enforcement. Respond to incidents and building alarms as needed.
Conduct security patrols with mobile devices to ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and building assets.
Multitask effectively under pressure to ensure the safety of employees and guests during emergency evacuations. Support and assist with building evacuations.
Conduct Executive Protection support for Academy events at internal and external locations.
Lead event teams conducting security screening operations at Academy Campus and external locations.
Support and manage mobile/hand-held devices for large-scale special events as needed.
Conduct special assignments related to awards season events.
Monitor activities and immediately report any observed discrepancies.
Communicate with local law enforcement, fire, or emergency medical services as required by the situation.
Operate radio communications as needed.
Schedule flexibility to support after-hours and weekend support.
Required Competencies:
A high school diploma or equivalent certificate of completion is required.
Must have a valid California BSIS guard card.
Must have at least five years of security experience; entertainment industry preferred.
Executive protection experience preferred.
Experience working at events and familiarity with security screening operations.
Ability to lead a team for security screening operations.
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to work with all levels of personnel, Academy members, leadership, and the public.
Ability to de-escalate disputes and conflicts.
Intermediate experience with computers (Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to learn required systems.
Deep understanding of the functions of security systems and technology, including access controls and visitor management.
Knowledge of legal guidelines in security and public safety.
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and work as a team member.
CPR/First Aid/AED certified, preferred.
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
Ability to work overtime and late hours on short notice.
Available to work non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends.
Must pass a written exam.

Must be able to move and transport up to 25 lbs.
Stair climb, forward bend, and remain in a stationary position for periods more than four hours.

The Documentation Officer (DO) is responsible for compliant, effective and accurate preparation of loan documentation for various new, renewed and modified loans of varying complexity. The Documentation Officer will coordinate efforts with account officers, title companies, and other departments to obtain all required supporting documentation in accordance with the banks loan file compliance functions. GENERAL SUMMARY
The Data Governance Officer is responsible for providing data governance/data management support to the data domains and business units. Under minimal supervision, the Officer will create data governance training materials, document procedures, process flows, as well as Enterprise-standard templates to be used in the execution of data governance requirements by the data domains.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Other responsibilities of the Data Governance Officer include:
Produce data governance dashboards on a recurring basis.
Manage documentation as well as remediation of key data issues.
Execute a reliable Second Line of Defense (2LOD) review and challenge process via documented processes, controls, templates, and rigors.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of data governance documentation including (but not limited to) enterprise governance standards, related training materials, and compliance reporting.
Document various governance roles and responsibilities then educate data stewards, data owners and data custodians.
Assist in the rollout of the Enterprise Data Governance Program
Assist data domains in measuring their compliance to Enterprise Data Policy and its standards via annual compliance assessments.

Education:

Major Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
* Interpreting new or proposed legislation, directives, and other agency guidance, to recommend and develop internal security programs policies and procedures to support Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) operations.
* Providing technical assistance and direct support to management staff on all matters related to security service programs on the integrity of the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facilities.
* Overseeing Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) facilities and equipment, while maintaining contacts with federal agencies and established security policies, objectives, and regulations.
* Overseeing the implementation and coordination of research and analysis of security programs to support Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) lifecycle functions.
Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
* Providing proficient Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) briefings and debriefings on security fractions, violations, and assists in official inquiries when appropriate.
* Managing various Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) administrative actions to closely examine security legislation or revised security regulations and to reevaluate and make recommendations concerning expected impact on programs, missions, and future strategic plans.
* Facilitating with other federal agencies as an expert security advisor to leadership and management on security planning, resource allocation, systems, and programs to better secure Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) facilities and equipment.
* Serving as program coordinator for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facilities and equipment impacting operational readiness, safety and the security of technical systems which affect federal agencies, private entities, and the general public.

The CSI Regional Security Coordinator will report to the Director of Training and Director of Physical Security & Risk to support CSI security training and physical risk programs in its geographic expansion regions. This hybrid position will be housed at JFEDLA with frequent travel to below listed regions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
• Coordinate regional security duties in Santa Barbara County, Ventura County, San Gabriel & Pomona Valleys, and portions of Riverside, Kern, and San Bernardino County.
• Duties include training a wide range of Jewish community groups on security best practices for preventing and reacting to violent situations such as advanced situational awareness, target hardening, suspicious activity reporting, active shooter mitigation, etc.
• Work with CSI Director of Training to include scheduling and logistics of training courses and events.
• Work with CSI Director of Physical Security & Risk to identify, schedule, and conduct site visits/vulnerability assessments of Jewish institutions throughout geographic expansion catchment area and prepare detailed security assessment reports.
• Frequent travel throughout the designated security regions listed above to conduct security trainings and vulnerability assessments. Reliable transportation is required.
• Serve as constant liaison with CSI partner leadership and staff in geographic expansion regions to share information, intelligence, and security best practices as assigned.
• Continuous research to identify latest trends, tactics, and threats targeting the Jewish community.
• Coordinate with aforementioned CSI directors and CSI Administrative Assistant to log, maintain, and update training and physical risk records.
• Assist the team with the community outreach mission.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
• Liaise with regional local/state/federal law enforcement and government agencies in geographic expansion regions to share information and coordinate on critical events.
• Stand duty as off-hours CSI Duty Analyst as assigned, taking incident reports into the CSI database, monitoring, and investigating incidents.
• Be available to assist in additional assignments as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)
• Law enforcement, military, corporate security, government, or related homeland security experience.
• Experience with Hostile Environment Awareness Trainings (HEAT), Learning & Development (L&D), Stress Inoculation Training (SIT).
• CPP, PSP, APP, PCI, CTM, ESRM, or other equivalent security and risk management certifications.

Full-time Description
The SCI SecuritySpecialist's primary function is to serve as a senior securityspecialist under supervision of the local Special Security Office (SSO). In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD), Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and Air Force directives, regulations and instructions, implements local policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient management for military, civilian and contractor personnel of SCI and collateral program functions including physical, personnel, information and industrial security. The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities.
Requirements
Performance shall include:
Formulates plans, policies, procedures and other documentation required to deal with the operation of SCI protection functions and activities IAW DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3, ICD 704/5, AFMAN 14-304, AFI 16-1404/06 and AFI 31-501.
Respond to SCI incidents with SSO and ISSM in order to make a declaration. Coordinate with HHQ to notify and obtain security incident tracking number. Ensure Inquiry Official (IO) is nominated to the Senior Intelligence Office (SIO) for appointment and provide initial IO brief.
Ensure incident report is completed, coordinated and submitted to HQ for closure.
Ensure SSRs are appropriately appointed, managed, and trained. Analyze and assess issues with SCI personnel security and proposes solutions that meet standards set by applicable regulations, directives and instructions.
Serve as Alt ISSM assisting with the development and maintenance of a formal Information System (IS) security program.
Assist ISSM with investigation of security incidents. Participate as a member of the configuration management board when the ISSM is not available. Maintain a working knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards and operational security measures.
Coordinate with SCI Cybersecurity personnel to eliminate potential conflicts among local Personnel Security, Information Security and Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Maintains working knowledge of TEMPEST certification and assist the ISSM in TEMPEST activities.
Establish and maintain media control procedures and inventory, including CDs, DVDs, hard drives, zip disks and floppy disks. Inspect logs to ensure no media leaves the SCIF or is destroyed.
Assist the ISSM with implementation and enforcement of IS security policies. Conduct testing to evaluate the security posture of IS.
Assist with development of IS certification and accreditation documentation.
Experience:
7-10 years related experience with SCI Security
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience (4 years)
Certifications:
Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2 and Information Assurance Manager Level 1 within 6 months of the date of hire
