What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, especially in aerospace and defense settings. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and site representatives. Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials as required by site policies. Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence and assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with security-related inquiries. Participate in site-specific training and follow all company and client protocols while on duty. Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance. Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
