Selection Process The examination process may consist of the following: Written Exam: 100%: A job-related written examination may be administered which would test a candidate's knowledge of office practices/procedures, computer software, data collection and research, media/communications, personnel management, local governmental structure, budgeting, interpersonal and customer service skills, and performing mathematical computations. Candidates must achieve a passing score to qualify for the eligible list. The written examination has been tentatively scheduled for the week of: January 26th, 2026. Veteran Preference Regulations Candidates applying for veteran's preference are required to submit a copy of their DD214 with their application during the specified filing period. Evidence must be presented to indicate that the candidate was discharged honorably from the military service.
