● Communicate security-related needs and information to various Boise State University departments, Boise Police Department (including university dispatch officers), and other non-campus entities via person-to-person contact, telephone, e-mail, etc.
● Give safety presentations to groups or individuals; standby/assist Housing, Dean of Students, and other staff members when they are conducting interviews, advising people of discipline procedures or termination, escort people in and out of University-owned/occupied buildings and/or spaces.
● Complete lock-out and jumpstarts as requested.
● Perform other duties as assigned, such as escorting people to locations off campus, representing the University at off-campus events.
● Support DPS operations and represent the University at on and off-campus events.

Job Purpose
To manage and oversee day-to-day import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, Akzo Nobel's policies, HSE & S, and delivery schedules.
Main Objectives:
1. Ensure all import/export shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. 2. Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners tomaintain timely delivery.
2. Handle documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
3. Monitor shipment performance and resolve operational issues proactively.
4. Provide accurate reporting to support decision-making by management.
Key Accountabilities
* Shipment Planning and Execution:
* Schedule and track import/export shipments.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders and according to plan and carriers.
* Documentation Management
* Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, permits, and other documents.
* Ensure compliance with legal and clearance and audit company standards.
* Customs Clearance & Compliance
* Submit documentation to customs authorities.
* Ensure compliance with regulations compliance violations. and trade policies.
* Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve shipment ordocumentation discrepancies and resolved quickly with minimal
* Communicate with stakeholders to impact prevent delays.
* Generate weekly/monthly shipment and KPI reports
* Monitor delivery performance, costs, decision-making and exceptions.
Key Activities
Can make operational decisions regarding shipment coordination and documentation verification.
Needs approval for strategic decisions, high-value shipments, or compliance exceptions.
Experience
* Experience: 2-4 years in import/export operations or logistics.
* Skills & Competencies:
* Basic knowledge of customs clearance, Incoterms, and trade documentation.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy (MS Office, data entry systems, ERP preferred).
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Education
Education:
Bachelor's degree of any discipline preferred International Business,
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.

The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Job Description
To ensure safety and security of residents, staff, buildings, and grounds; respond to emergencies; performs related work.

Examples of Duties
1. Direct care support services.
* Responds to calls for assistance or lack of timely radio contact.
* Assists unit staff in calming, controlling, and restraining combative, intoxicated, and/or aggressive residents.

Minimum Qualifications

* Building security procedures.
Experience:

* Writing business reports, investigative reports, or detailed documentation.
* Typing or using a keyboard.
Specialty Requirements

* Valid driver's license.
