Access Control & Visitor Management Greet and check in all visitors, contractors, and vendors entering corporate properties. Verify identification and issue visitor badges according to company procedures. Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with access policies. Operate visitor management systems and monitor security checkpoints. Provide clear directions and assistance to guests while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. 3. Monitoring & Systems Operation Maintain operational proficiency in: Pacom GMS & March Video Monitoring Systems Visitor Access Control Systems Microsoft Office Applications Coordinate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) on any incidents or alerts. 4. Professional Conduct & Communication Exhibit professionalism, strong ethics, and a customer service mindset. Communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.
