What You'll Do: Control access to the location by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors, following established procedures. Monitor entry and exit points and maintain detailed logs of all individuals entering and leaving the premises. Provide customer service to individuals at the location by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific policies. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns. Assist with security-related emergency response activities as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership. Enforce site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter prohibited items and activities. Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address incidents or concerns at the location. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
