Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Check in all employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries. * Ensure all visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers sign in on the sign-in sheet. * Scan IDs and provide temporary badges to visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers. * Maintain all hard copy and digital logs of scanned IDs, sign-in sheets, and all facility logs. * Provide general support to visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers. * Review surveillance video of events and create/maintain event logs from all security systems. * Create new badge access cards for new employees, visitors, and vendors. * Alert management for required support on all security systems-skyline cameras, Strat security/fire alarms, and internet connectivity. * Coordinate delivery schedules and outgoing office shipments with management. * Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws. * Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). * Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas. * Immediately inform the Security Manager of any system discrepancies. * Document all activity using the company's track and trace system. * Work within company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity. * Check in and check out all van keys for drivers. * Give all cash to Human Resources or appropriate party for accounting. * Schedule weekly armored vehicle pickups for cash deposits from order fulfillment. * Ensure the door is locked during any time cash is out. * Coordinate with corporate's finance department to ensure all cash is accounted for. * Accept cash from all delivery drivers on every delivery and store in safe. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications * Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position. * Previous experience in security operations and procedures required. * Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment. * Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner. * Able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds. * Have strong verbal and written communication skills. * Must be authorized to work in the United States. * Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent. * Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry. Notifications to event security, medical staff, engineers and other mission critical staff are made from the Command Center. The game-day Titan HST messaging program, management of the Dedrone drone detection software and social media monitoring are also performed in the Command Center. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the Yankees' management liaison for Command Center operations. This includes monitoring the performance of the Command Center's security systems, reporting any outages with the cameras, servers, workstations, card readers or alarms, and working with Command Center operators during real time incidents. Oversee the review of video footage or access issues within the Stadium, successfully view and save required video footage, and maintain accurate and complete files relating to same. Review security incident reports following each game/event to determine if there is applicable video surveillance to save to accompany these reports. Provide daily checks of CCTV NVRs to ensure they are fully functional and recording as appropriate. Serve as the primary lead in producing and programming Stadium ID badges and the back-up for the creation and issuance of Stadium keys. During baseball games and other events, assist with credentialing functions, including issuance, distribution and tracking. During installation of new security equipment or software upgrades, work with internal (IT) and external (security integrator) partners to insure successful installations. Serve as liaison to electricians tasked with maintenance of the security system and communicate any issues to supervisor for resolution. Help create and maintain documentation relating to Yankee Stadium's SAFETY Act certification. Additional special projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the security industry, working with security technology. Knowledge of IP-based security networks preferred. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize quickly. Ability to build and maintain rapport with public and private security personnel, municipal emergency services, colleagues and all event staff. Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Teams & other basic applications). Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail. Flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends and holidays, as required) and the ability to work in an outside stadium environment. The salary range for this position is $50-55K per year.
