What You Will Do The Security Monitor plays a key role in maintaining a safe, stable, and welcoming environment at Solara House, a residential facility serving individuals impacted by violence, trauma, and homelessness. This position is responsible for monitoring facility safety throughout the night, conducting regular security rounds, observing camera feeds, supporting staff, and ensuring all entrances remain secure. With a calm presence and strong situational awareness, the Security Monitor helps protect the well-being of residents and staff and reinforces the trauma-informed, client-centered values of Restorative Pathways. Responsibilities include Facility & Grounds Safety Conduct scheduled and unscheduled security rounds on all floors, including common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior perimeters.
