What You'll Do: Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies. Assist with visitor management, including signing in guests and providing directions or information as needed. Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at access points. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors with access-related needs. Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or breaches in accordance with Allied Universal protocols. Support emergency response activities as required by site-specific policies and procedures. Conduct regular checks of access control systems and hardware to confirm proper functioning. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
