(Full and Part time) The Operator (Level 2) is a Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), alarm monitoring, and dispatch professional. The Operator (Level 2) will serve as a senior Operator in the SOC and assist the Supervisor with systems administration, system training, incident reporting, development of SOPs, enforcement, and updates.
