About the Position... The Documentation Officer (DO) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities. The Documentation Officer (DO) is responsible for compliant, effective and accurate preparation of loan documentation for various new, renewed and modified loans of varying complexity. The Documentation Officer will coordinate efforts with account officers, title companies, and other departments to obtain all required supporting documentation in accordance with the banks loan file compliance functions. You Are Also: Prior experience in security, shelter operations, residential programs, emergency response, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in rapidly changing situations. In possession of a valid CA driver's license, proof of insurance, and be approved by RP insurance as a driver in order to drive agency vehicles. What You Will Do The Security Monitor plays a key role in maintaining a safe, stable, and welcoming environment at Solara House, a residential facility serving individuals impacted by violence, trauma, and homelessness. This position is responsible for monitoring facility safety throughout the night, conducting regular security rounds, observing camera feeds, supporting staff, and ensuring all entrances remain secure. With a calm presence and strong situational awareness, the Security Monitor helps protect the well-being of residents and staff and reinforces the trauma-informed, client-centered values of Restorative Pathways. Responsibilities include Facility & Grounds Safety Conduct scheduled and unscheduled security rounds on all floors, including common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior perimeters. Ensure all facility doors, gates, and access points remain closed, locked, and functioning properly. Immediately document and report any safety hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance concerns. Monitoring & Surveillance Actively observe security camera feeds throughout the shift, remaining alert to unusual behavior or safety issues. Maintain accurate logs of rounds, observations, and incidents. Respond promptly and appropriately to breaches of security, attempted unauthorized entry, or escalating behavior. Access Control Manage entry to the facility during nighttime hours, verifying identity and allowing clients inside through the designated front entrance. Uphold shelter safety protocols when screening visitors and overseeing front-door activity. Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents during all interactions. Staff & Client Support Provide support to overnight program staff by responding to requests for assistance, ensuring safety needs are met, and offering a calm, professional presence during incidents. Assist in de-escalation efforts following trauma-informed practices, when appropriate and within scope. Collaborate with staff during emergencies, including evacuations or crisis responses. Prior experience in security, shelter operations, residential programs, emergency response, or a related field preferred. Documentation & Reporting Complete incident reports, shift notes, and security logs with accuracy, clarity, and timeliness. Relay relevant information to incoming staff during shift exchanges. Participate in internal audits, safety checks, and compliance activities as assigned. Complete functional timesheets by assigned due dates in compliance with time allocations. Actively participate in reflective supervision sessions. Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to job duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Working Conditions This position is 100% in-person. This is an overnight, awake position, with a regular schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 pm 7:00 am. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds. This position is responsible for monitoring facility safety throughout the night, conducting regular security rounds, observing camera feeds, supporting staff, and ensuring all entrances remain secure. With a calm presence and strong situational awareness, the Security Monitor helps protect the well-being of residents and staff and reinforces the trauma-informed, client-centered values of Restorative Pathways. Responsibilities include Facility & Grounds Safety Conduct scheduled and unscheduled security rounds on all floors, including common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior perimeters. Ensure all facility doors, gates, and access points remain closed, locked, and functioning properly. Immediately document and report any safety hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance concerns. Monitoring & Surveillance Actively observe security camera feeds throughout the shift, remaining alert to unusual behavior or safety issues. Maintain accurate logs of rounds, observations, and incidents. Respond promptly and appropriately to breaches of security, attempted unauthorized entry, or escalating behavior. Access Control Manage entry to the facility during nighttime hours, verifying identity and allowing clients inside through the designated front entrance. Uphold shelter safety protocols when screening visitors and overseeing front-door activity. Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents during all interactions. Staff & Client Support Provide support to overnight program staff by responding to requests for assistance, ensuring safety needs are met, and offering a calm, professional presence during incidents. Assist in de-escalation efforts following trauma-informed practices, when appropriate and within scope. Collaborate with staff during emergencies, including evacuations or crisis responses. Prior experience in security, shelter operations, residential programs, emergency response, or a related field preferred. Documentation & Reporting Complete incident reports, shift notes, and security logs with accuracy, clarity, and timeliness. Relay relevant information to incoming staff during shift exchanges. Participate in internal audits, safety checks, and compliance activities as assigned. Complete functional timesheets by assigned due dates in compliance with time allocations. Actively participate in reflective supervision sessions. Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to job duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Working Conditions This position is 100% in-person. This is an overnight, awake position, with a regular schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
