Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activity or safety concerns. Maintain detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports. Coordinate and communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site leadership during incidents. Apply de-escalation techniques and exercise sound judgment when responding to disturbances or threats. Adhere to all use-of-force policies and maintain weapons in a safe and responsible manner. Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer service at all times. QUALIFICATIONS Be a citizen of the United States of America. Be at least 21 years of age.
