All Security Officers are part of a team that insures a safe environment for guests and associates. This involves patrolling, documenting, reporting, and following-up on safety and security hazards or infractions. Security Officers may also be required to carry out more general guest service tasks, such as delivering items to guest rooms. Security Officers must remain calm in emergencies and can balance great guest and associate relations with safety and security. Security Officers shall execute all security operations, emergency response and fire safety operation plans which seek to maintain a safe and secure environment. Job Description The Museum Security Monitor ensures a safe and secure environment at the Middlebury Museum of Art.
