Position Summary:
The primary duties of the Operator in the Surveillance Operations Center (SOC) is to assume responsibilities for the command, control, and coordination of the CCSN campus security operations. This position serves as the main security dispatching location for receiving, relaying, and dispatching all security related radio calls in both normal business hour and emergency situations.
