Responsibilities:
• Provide mentor level support experience.
• Provide customer support by preparing ad hoc reports and giving presentations.
• Monitors the environment for adherence to security standards.
• Customer focus and act as a SPOC dealing with customer. Liaison with business areas and other technical support areas
• Review and monitor mainframe security reports for any possible policy violations.
• Execute mainframe vulnerability scans utilizing zSecure and other security tools.
• Review and report on Universal Access, revoked users, Super UNIX User authority, and CICS/IMS/DB2 Access violation reports.
• Provide off hour on call support for security related incidents.
Candidates should have 7+ years of experience with expertise in the skills/duties listed below:
• In-depth knowledge of CA Top Secret for z/OS and provide the ability to externalize security.
• Hands on experience and knowledge CA Top Secret, z/OS
• Hands-on administration of z/OS, CICS, and Top Secret login ID's, dataset and resource rules.
• Key knowledge areas are to find and remove obsolete, unused, redundant, and excessive access right in CA Top Secret

This position is responsible for the secure and highly available operations environment supporting the students, staff, and faculty. This role will also direct the effort to install, maintain, administer, upgrade, and continuously improve the institution's operating environment to ensure ongoing reliability, performance, and security. The position will also help plan, design, and support IT infrastructure projects for the IT office as well as other business units. Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure environment and facilities. Coordinates and works on multiple cross-functional projects with potential of multiple concurrent users ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility. Manage institution VMware cluster by performing routine maintenance, maintaining data retention practices, and supporting DR solutions. Manage and maintain campus Active Directory environment, email, file and print, user creations and rights, GPO's, etc. Share responsibility for core network infrastructure such as DNS , DHCP , and firewalls both hardware and virtual. Maintain all campus servers and networking hardware under your control with appropriate OS and software patches and updates. Ensure documentation for systems is up to date, and all system changes are made using departmental change control procedures. Reports, recommends, and ensures infrastructure systems are secure. Will be required to analyze audit trails to detect violations, adherence, compliance, and security investigations. Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining network, server, and end user equipment. Monitors systems operating capacity in terms of disk space storage, and CPU utilization. May validate voice network configurations. Provides support for infrastructure connectivity or related network/communication issues. Administers SANs related to hardware, software, capacity management, backups, archival, DR, provisioning, installation, troubleshooting, design, and monitoring. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Infrastructure and Security.
Physical Demands
Office environment with some lifting and hauling of equipment up to 60 lbs. Required Qualifications
Education: BS/MS in technical field, preferably in computer science, engineering or related. You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
You have a P.E. license or an EIT/FE and can become a P.E. within 6 months.
You have 15+ years of hands-on passenger rail systems experience (additional freight experience is a plus).
Depth of experience should include some combination of consulting design work, construction, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and/or maintenance of rail operations, rail infrastructure, and/or rolling stock.
Breadth of experience should include a working knowledge of some combination of mainline track, rail yards, sidings, stations (above & below grade), terminals, grade crossings, tunnels, bridges, switches, signal systems, power systems (overhead catenary, third-rail), locomotives (diesel, diesel/electric, or electric power), passenger cars, transit cars, freight cars, maintenance-of-way cars/vehicles, rolling stock maintenance, facilities maintenance, maintenance-of-way, Federal Employees Liability Act (FELA), railroad worker safety, track safety, passenger safety, etc.
You can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
You have excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills.
You are willing to travel about 20% on average.
You have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
Prior forensic experience is not required. We seek professionals eager to apply their deep industry knowledge to a challenging new domain.

The Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) Lead role at Asana is responsible for supporting the AsanaGov business by building, enabling, and scaling a high-impact partner motion across federal systems integrators and our distributor ecosystem. This role drives end-to-end FSI recruitment, onboarding, and enablement, and forges strong go-to-market execution with CarahSoft and channel teams to accelerate public sector growth. We partner with functional leadership to stand up a net-new public sector partner motion that grows our business, organizational effectiveness, and efficiencies.
We're looking for an FSI Lead to own the cradle-to-grave lifecycle of our federal SI ecosystem. This leader will identify, recruit, and enable priority FSIs, ensure operational excellence across partner processes and tools, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into results. They are comfortable working with executive stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves on hands-on enablement. They identify, manage, and mitigate risks, and establish repeatable partner management processes that scale our business.
This role is based in the Washington, D.C. area with an emphasis on looking for someone to stay close to the FSI community. Most major FSIs and niche SIs are based in D.C./Virginia, and proximity is critical to relationship-building and execution.
What You'll Achieve:
Establish Asana's FSI partner motion for public sector, supporting AsanaGov across recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
Build and own relationships with priority federal SIs; target, engage, and progress large, named FSIs (e.g., GDIT, Booz Allen, Raytheon) into productive partners.
Drive a cohesive sell-through model between FSIs, Carahsoft (our distributor), and Asana channel CPMs; align operating rhythms, workflows, and performance tracking.
Create and run scalable partner enablement: deliver training, stand up “better together” materials, guide partner portal access, and establish repeatable playbooks.
Collaborate with AsanaGov leaders and Product to align partner motions with roadmap, integrations, and field enablement needs.
Proactively surface misalignment and risks across partners and internal teams; gain consensus on actions and track to resolution.
Define year-one MBOs; establish KPIs, reporting cadences, and mechanisms to measure partner productivity and pipeline impact.
Contribute to job description, interview panel alignment, and process to rapidly staff and operationalize the motion.
About you:
Based in the Washington, D.C. area (required) to engage closely with the federal SI ecosystem.
Deep understanding of the federal/public sector landscape and FSI ecosystem; security clearance preferred but not required if you know the market and stakeholders.
Hands-on operator who “checks ego at the door”; equally comfortable engaging C-levels and executing tactical enablement (e.g., portal access walkthroughs).
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners; proven ability to take a net-new partner motion from concept to repeatable execution.
Familiarity working with distributors; experience collaborating with CarahSoft or similar is a strong plus.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Channel, and Public Sector leaders; ability to align partner priorities with roadmap and go-to-market.
