A dynamic executive and information assurance and IT security solutions expert, David founded and currently serves as the President and CEO of SecZetta - the industry leader in Non-Employee & 3rd Party Identity.

Under his leadership, David has established an expert team at SecZetta and secured critical partnerships that include market leaders such as Sailpoint, Cyber-Ark, Okta, and Ping Identity.

A successful entrepreneur, David established KP Technologies- an information assurance and IT consulting firm prior to SecZetta.

As Co-Founder and Manager of KP Technologies, David partnered with several prominent management consulting organizations including The McKenna Group and The Share Group in an IT outsourcing role to manage their entire IT operations.

Serving in the Air Force National Guard from 1993 to 1999, David was assigned to combat communications, providing encrypted secure communications for the 102nd fighter wing.

In addition to his Air Force training, David attended Northeastern University where he studied public affairs and marketing.

Finance and accounting leader with 15+ years of experience as a business partner to senior leadership in high-growth companies in the SaaS and telecommunications industries:

• FP&A: Building capabilities that provide better reporting, analytics, and insight into the P&L and its drivers.

• FP&A: Managing planning processes end-to-end, and building financial models that fit the strategy

• ACCOUNTING: Controller experience in multiple countries, implementing rev rec and cost rec policies (incl. ASC 606), and ensuring local compliance

• SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION: BI, Reporting, and ERP systems that provide scale, efficiency, and better control over the P&L and its drivers; designing and executing road maps that align IT and the business

• FINANCE TRANSFORMATION: Certified project manager that collaborates with staff and C-level stakeholders to drive large scale change and process improvements.
