They are looking for a Machine/Mechanical Electrical Assembly Technician who will work in the Assembly Department installing and troubleshooting mechanical components - including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems - of precision drilling machines.
Requirements:
High school diploma (2-year technical degree preferred).
At least 2 years' experience assembling or maintaining manufacturing or industrial machinery.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
Comfortable using precision measurement tools.
Responsibilities:
Install mechanical components for drilling machines (hydraulic, pneumatic systems included).
Assemble coolant systems, chip conveyors, automation and auxiliary equipment.
Provide “red-line” drawing changes when discrepancies or design alterations arise.
Assist with maintenance of all equipment and the facility.
Keep work areas organized and clean.

Qualifications
You must meet the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualifications for series 2091 and additional requirements by the announcement closing date.
