Pros of working at See's Candies

What I like about working at See's Candies is the team atmosphere and the ability to practice my problem-solving skills.

Cons of working at See's Candies

What I don't like is the lack of communication with others in the company outside of my shop.

See's Candies benefits

MY favorite benefit is of course health care and job stability, while my favorite perk is the candy.

Pros of working at See's Candies

It's a mostly low key environment with free chocolate whenever you're not on the sales floor. Most of the customers are kind, but you get about two oddballs a day.

Cons of working at See's Candies

I don't like that I can have pink hair but I can't have a pink hair tie. Like it's literally company policy that you can only wear black or white hair accessories except around the holidays when you are allowed festive head wear at the discretion of your manager or district manager.

See's Candies benefits

I want to say the free candy, but I'm actually more grateful that women can wear pants now. It took 99 years but we can finally ditch the dress! Progress!
