DAY-TO-DAY

In this hospitality position, you develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols while supporting a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. This includes implementing career development plans for all direct reports and resolving problems on time and within a defined budget. Working collaboratively, you communicate cross-departmentally to improve systems and ensure safety compliance. You make sure there are enough workers and materials for each job by tracking staff requirements and ordering inventory. You also oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. REQUIREMENTS FOR A CLEANING MANAGER

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an operations management position
• Knowledge about budget development and oversight
• Knowledge about general business software and the aptitude to learn new applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Description:

Basic Function: Cleaning vacation properties and making them ready for the next incoming guest according to staging regulations.


Responsibilities/ Skills:

• Arriving at work on time, in a clean uniform, and ready to work with supplies.
• Clean homes as we trained you and follow directions - Work smarter, not harder.

Manage the aircraft cleaning processes, including staff and supervisors, in order to provide a clean aircraft to our airline customers and their passengers, and the activities of workers involved in cleaning all assigned aircraft thoroughly and efficiently by performing the following duties:
+ Coordinate and schedule the crew and supervisors

+ Oversee timekeeping

+ Coordinate and verify all necessary training and documentation

+ Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and chemical requirements

+ Meet and exceed customers expectations

+ Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location

Manage crew of aircraft cleaning employees. Ensure staff adheres to all PrimeFlight guidelines and safety standards. Responsibilities include participation in interviewing, hiring, and training of aircraft cleaners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
