Summary Develop sales strategies, plans, and budgets for the maintenance and development of assigned accounts. Manage all aspects of customer-related activities for assigned clients. Essential Duties Develop sales strategies, plans, and budgets for the maintenance and development accounts. Contribute to corporate sales planning, forecasting, and product life cycle planning. Identify market opportunities and assess growth potential. Obtain information on competitors and competitive products used to refine sales strategies and to develop new customer relationships. Represent company at industry promotional meetings and events. Represent company in all sales-related activity involving assigned clients, including customer on-site visits, sales presentations, and communications regarding pricing, orders, scheduling, delivery, etc. Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations targeted to engineers and engineering management of prospective customers. Prepare price quotes and negotiate customer contracts according to established procedures under the direction of executive management. Assess customer needs to provide appropriate products and services, applying substantial technical product knowledge to design innovative solutions. Provide coordination of engineering development and new part qualifications. Provide coordination of response to quality events and customer concerns. Responsible for educating customers on the benefits of using SEH-A products and for providing on-going support for customer base. Will assist in preparation of specific support plans for the future needs of customers. Responsible for deploying and coordinating SEH resources in the US and at overseas sites. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and/or equivalent combination of training and experience. Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in semiconductor device processing and/or silicon wafer processing. Semiconductor engineering or quality assurance background with extensive experience in a customer-facing role may be considered. Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to be articulate and persuasive. Substantial technical product knowledge relating to silicon wafer manufacturing and semiconductor industry segments. Solid MS Office product experience is required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work under minimal supervision. Good understanding of the country, culture, and selling customs of the customer served. Must be sensitive to appropriate business practices for that country. Able to work in high intensity and demanding environment with strong commitment to customer service. Must maintain professional presence and positive attitude with both external customers and co-workers. Must have valid passport for international travel. Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Experience Business level Japanese or Mandarin verbal and written communication skills. International sales or international account management experience highly desired. Corporate legal and regulatory compliance knowledge/background a plus. Familiar with Silicon Material Characterization (SEM, SIMS, GOI, XRT, C-V, SRP, DLTS, TEM, and others). Summary We are seeking a hands-on Optical Engineer with experience supporting complex opto-mechanical or electro-optical systems. This role focuses on high-power fiber laser systems from development through production. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and will contribute to the design, development, testing, and delivery of our laser products. Key Responsibilities: * Contribute to a cross-functional team pursuing the development of novel fiber laser and component designs * Apply theoretical and experimental understanding of lasers, fiber optics, and opto-mechanical design to the development of high-power fiber lasers and components * Design, develop, and test fiber laser systems and critical components, including fiber amplifiers * Consistently and effectively report out on design and testing to core and cross-functional teams Skills & Qualifications: * BS or MS in Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
