Jim is responsible for leading and executing the Company’s acquisition and investment strategies, advancing TRC’s operational and financial growth objectives. In addition, Jim directs post-acquisition integration efforts to ensure long-term profitable growth is achieved with each acquisition. Jim also leads the Company’s Real Estate management and the Financial Planning & Analysis team that is responsible for the Company’s annual budget and forecasting efforts, as well as delivering financial and operational analytics. Prior to joining TRC, Jim was a turnaround professional leading distressed companies in financial and operational restructurings (both in- and out-of-court). Jim joined TRC in 2007 after executing the Company’s financial restructuring effort. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Clark University, and also holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from American University.
