Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate multiple audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality control and adherence to firm methodologies

Direct, mentor, and evaluate audit seniors and staff, providing constructive feedback to support their professional growth

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
5-7 years of progressive public accounting experience with emphasis on audit
Active CPA license required
Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory requirements
Experience supervising engagement teams of 3-5 professionals
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Advanced proficiency with audit software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership abilities and talent development experience
Industry specialization experience in one or more areas (manufacturing, financial services, nonprofit, healthcare) preferred

Job Description
Professional Project Services, Inc. (Pro2Serve) is seeking energetic individuals with A-E (architectural-engineering) design and project management experience to join our growing team as a Junior Project Manager in support of our U.S. Government Department of Defense (DoD) client. This position reports to our local Vice President. The work assignment is to be located within our Client's organization at their offices located in Winchester, VA.
The successful candidate(s) will function as a design and project manager providing technical, cost engineering, and administrative management services to the Chief of Design Branch and her project management team. In this position, you will serve as a design management and project controls expert responsible for managing all aspects of the project design including:
Assist the Government Design Manager (DM) with the planning, scope development, budget development, and contract oversight of significant Engineering design deliverables in coordination with the customer, the project manager and other project team members as it impacts project quality, cost and schedule. Assist the Government DMs in the preparation of design budgets and design schedules. Support and maintain schedules by Government D Ms and PMs for all design QA review packages and report accurate and up to date schedules in appropriate management systems. Notify Government staff immediately of any potential schedule delays or impacts with suggestions for plans to resolve the delays and impacts.
Effectively manage tasks to achieve quality products including managing the design review process to minimize impacts the project schedules. Track design submittals making sure they are on time, complete, and distributed to all appropriate reviewers to minimize impacts to project cost and schedule. Coordinate design reviews using Dr Checks and manage the design review process to maintain schedules. After completion of design reviews, evaluate review comments, lead on-board review meetings to support MED as necessary and facilitate the resolution of any design issues related to the all over baseline cost estimate and schedule. Ensure all review comments are satisfactorily addressed prior to design completion. Brief project team as necessary on project status.
Support the Government DM in the Development and maintenance of accurate budgets reflecting all facets of the project. Review assigned invoices and make recommendations regarding payment of invoices. Provide support to USACE personnel in the Use Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) as appropriate.
Support the management of design by effectively coordinating issues to minimize project impacts. Maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all project team members. Inform Government management of significant circumstances and issues that impact designs along with analyses of alternatives and recommended actions. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Support the Government DM at regularly scheduled meetings with ideas and solutions, not just problem identification
Support the MED project manager at project review meetings and conferences.
Provide technical support and guidance on design related issues that impact project cost and schedule.
Prepare a Design Management Plan (DMP) which includes Quality Assurance activity planning relate to maintaining and project cost and schedule. Support the development of project management plans when needed.
Develop an Issue Tracking System, as a chapter in the DMP, which identifies the issue, who initiated it, who is responsible to close it, date of initiation, date of close, priority, and impact if not achieved. The system shall toggle open to closed issues, so that ah historic record of issues and issue management will be maintained.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Design Management “dashboard” reports, with appropriate level of detail back up and present the reports at regularly scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings.
Prepare project briefings as required.
Review project schedules and interface with USACE personnel and/or clients to address issues, concerns and changes
Review cost analyses/reports to assist management with the effective execution of projects.
Control project scope and implement change control as required.
Understand and help to manage risk items that relate to project elements.
Job Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Engineering. Will consider other 4-year related degrees (e.g., Construction Management) depending upon relevant experience.
The successful candidate should have experience 5 years managing A-E design projects in compliance with UFCs for DoD facilities and infrastructure, familiarity with FAR contracting/procurement requirements, A-E design standards, cost engineering, OCONUS construction requirements, and project management.

Experienced with ASME B31.1 Power Piping and the design and routing of high pressure steam and feedwater piping.
Experienced with pipe support design.
Experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section 1 a plus.
Experience with industrial retrofit projects is a plus.
Technical skills should include AutoCAD, Plant 3D, SP3D SmartPlant, AutoCAD PID, Navisworks, 3D Animation, MS Office, MS Project, BIM, Revit, and the ability to learn and use other design software as may be required.
Experience in the design of process support utilities in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries (USP, WFI and clean steam) is a plus.

AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. seeks Senior Engineer I in Tampa, FL: Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work in a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope; Conduct or oversee personnel involved in water resources engineering investigations and planning work including hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality models; Oversee and assist in the development of GIS figures and GIS-related engineering analysis; Coordinate and assist in the preparation of technical drainage reports and submit for approval; Perform preliminary engineering analysis and coordinate with, guide, and review work of junior engineers, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignments; Prepare cost and man-hour estimates, job budgets and schedules; Participate in quality control checks, maintaining quality standards in all work produced, checking computations, and/or reviewing designs and drawings performed by others; Coordinate work with other engineers and professionals within and outside own discipline, and with support services staff; and, Occasionally assist in the management of projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Knowledge of: CAD and GIS; Hydrology and hydraulics; QGIS, ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Pro; Google Earth; ArcView; HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS; SWMM, AutoCAD, Python and R. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental) and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupation, the employer will accept any suitable combination of education and work experience. U.S. Professional Engineering (PE) license. May be assigned to unanticipated work locations throughout the United States. Job Description
Professional Project Services, Inc. (Pro2Serve) is seeking energetic individuals with A-E (architectural-engineering) design and project management experience to join our growing team as a Junior Project Manager in support of our U.S. Government Department of Defense (DoD) client. This position reports to our local Vice President. The work assignment is to be located within our Client's organization at their offices located in Winchester, VA.
The successful candidate(s) will function as a design and project manager providing technical, cost engineering, and administrative management services to the Chief of Design Branch and her project management team. In this position, you will serve as a design management and project controls expert responsible for managing all aspects of the project design including:
* Assist the Government Design Manager (DM) with the planning, scope development, budget development, and contract oversight of significant Engineering design deliverables in coordination with the customer, the project manager and other project team members as it impacts project quality, cost and schedule. Assist the Government DMs in the preparation of design budgets and design schedules. Support and maintain schedules by Government DMs and PMs for all design QA review packages and report accurate and up to date schedules in appropriate management systems. Notify Government staff immediately of any potential schedule delays or impacts with suggestions for plans to resolve the delays and impacts.
* Effectively manage tasks to achieve quality products including managing the design review process to minimize impacts the project schedules. Track design submittals making sure they are on time, complete, and distributed to all appropriate reviewers to minimize impacts to project cost and schedule. Coordinate design reviews using Dr Checks and manage the design review process to maintain schedules. After completion of design reviews, evaluate review comments, lead on-board review meetings to support MED as necessary and facilitate the resolution of any design issues related to the all over baseline cost estimate and schedule. Ensure all review comments are satisfactorily addressed prior to design completion. Brief project team as necessary on project status.
* Support the Government DM in the Development and maintenance of accurate budgets reflecting all facets of the project. Review assigned invoices and make recommendations regarding payment of invoices. Provide support to USACE personnel in the Use Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) as appropriate.
* Support the management of design by effectively coordinating issues to minimize project impacts. Maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all project team members. Inform Government management of significant circumstances and issues that impact designs along with analyses of alternatives and recommended actions. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
* Support the Government DM at regularly scheduled meetings with ideas and solutions, not just problem identification
* Support the MED project manager at project review meetings and conferences.
* Provide technical support and guidance on design related issues that impact project cost and schedule.
* Prepare a Design Management Plan (DMP) which includes Quality Assurance activity planning relate to maintaining and project cost and schedule. Support the development of project management plans when needed.
* Develop an Issue Tracking System, as a chapter in the DMP, which identifies the issue, who initiated it, who is responsible to close it, date of initiation, date of close, priority, and impact if not achieved. The system shall toggle open to closed issues, so that ah historic record of issues and issue management will be maintained.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Design Management "dashboard" reports, with appropriate level of detail back up and present the reports at regularly scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings.
* Prepare project briefings as required.
* Review project schedules and interface with USACE personnel and/or clients to address issues, concerns and changes
* Review cost analyses/reports to assist management with the effective execution of projects.
* Control project scope and implement change control as required.
* Understand and help to manage risk items that relate to project elements.
* Provide other project management services as required.
Job Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Engineering. Will consider other 4-year related degrees (e.g., Construction Management) depending upon relevant experience.
The successful candidate should have experience 5 years managing A-E design projects in compliance with UFCs for DoD facilities and infrastructure, familiarity with FAR contracting/procurement requirements, A-E design standards, cost engineering, OCONUS construction requirements, and project management.

Applies general planning, operational, and engineering principles to solve specific toll-related problems.
Work includes application of knowledge of Toll Systems, Toll Operations, and relevant Toll related Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technology to the investigation of needs and problems related to transportation planning, engineering and operations, the coordination of Toll project activities, and the preparation of preliminary deliverables and documents.
Work typically involves conventional types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures or equipment, to carry out diversified engineering projects, or phases of a single project with relatively few complex features and requiring the use of analysis, interpretation, and deductive reasoning.
Assists in the design and development of toll concepts, including requirement analysis, technology review and selection, development and communication of operational concepts, specifications development, oversight of system development, installation and testing.
Supports the General Engineering Consultant (GEC) Design Build procurement process for tolling related components.
Supports toll system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Supports Express Lane traffic performance analysis.
Analyzes Express Lane traffic data and provide recommendations on toll rate system parameters.
Work with all different groups within SRTA, engineering, project management office, operations, communications, and the legal team
Assists in the preparation of graphic displays, presentation materials, development of reports, and concept and deliverable discussions with clients.
Major results expected include high-quality written, verbal and graphical deliveries in the form of operational concepts, technology reviews, designs and specifications.
The job functions will be carried out within small, project-oriented, multidisciplinary teams of Tolling professionals and support direct interaction with clients within the context of project progress meetings, design reviews, operations, and project production and delivery.
Serves as an extension to client staff, working with the Agency's staff on a daily basis. This position will require 3 days in the office with the team, with 2 days remote work allowed.
Communicates regularly with client staff, project managers, external agency and consultant staff.
