Grant E. Sims has served as a director and Chief Executive Officer of our general partner since August 2006 and Chairman of the Board of our general partner since October 2012. Mr. Sims was affiliated with Leviathan Gas Pipeline Partners, LP from 1992 to 1999, serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a director beginning in 1993 until he left to pursue personal interests, including investments. Leviathan (subsequently known as El Paso Energy Partners, L.P. and then GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P.) was a NYSE listed master limited partnership. Mr. Sims has an established track record of developing strong companies and has led his companies through a period of substantial growth while increasing geographic and operational diversity. Mr. Sims provides leadership skills, executive management experience and significant knowledge of our business environment, which he has gained through his vast experience with other MLPs.

Mr. Vanderberg has been Badger's President and CEO, as well as its director, since August 2016. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Gator Gypsum, Inc., a division of Gypsum Management & Supply Inc., the North America's largest distributor of Drywall and interior construction products, from January to June 2016. Previously, Mr. Vanderberg was President of Winroc SPI, the construction products division of Superior Plus Inc. for over 14 years. Prior to joining Winroc SPI, Mr. Vanderberg held management positions at USG Corporation, with operations management responsibilities in the US, Canada and internationally for a period of 16 years. Mr. Vanderberg holds a BA and MBA from Michigan State University and the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D)

Joel Broussard is our President and Chief Executive Officer and is a member of our board of directors. Mr. Broussard has been a member of USWS’ board since February 2012. He became USWS’ Chief Executive Officer in February 2017. Mr. Broussard founded ORB Investments, LLC in February 2012 and was most recently a principal investor in Go-Coil, LLC from August 2008 until December 2011. Additionally, Mr. Broussard was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Offshore Logistics, LLC from April 2003 until December 2014 and GOL Docks, LLC from March 2007 until March 2012. Prior to founding Gulf Offshore Logistics, LLC and GOL Docks, LLC, Mr. Broussard worked in sales and marketing with C&G Marine for over 7 years and was member of the United States Army.
