Every Customer Sales Representative reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for providing Speedy Stop customers with the best buying experience possible. Customer Sales Representatives accept responsibility, especially when management is absent from the store. This includes providing a greeting, a fast transaction, suggestive selling, providing correct change, giving a register receipt and a proper closing with a thank you. Be knowledgeable at all times about merchandise, sale items, and store promotions. Training and Development Work to achieve maximum productivity daily. Assist other employees with questions and proper procedure as necessary. Train new Customer Service Representatives on store procedures as needed. Balance shift-related tasks with other employees as necessary. Continually work to enhance knowledge of store operations. Store Tasks & Responsibilities Complete specific tasks as assigned by the Store Manager. Observe shift operating hours at all times and follow the work schedule as posted, unless a change in schedule is arranged with the Store Manager. Protect company inventory and assets at all times by following asset control policies. Perform loss prevention activities by observing suspicious conduct by customers, vendors, or other associates and act upon it according to company policy. Price, stock, and rotate products, as well as check code dates. Refuse to sell alcoholic beverages to customers during restricted hours or to those who are intoxicated or under age. Refuse to sell cigarettes to customers who are under age. Perform inventory counts as assigned by Manager. Follow company procedures when working with vendors including checking in orders and verifying quantities. Complete the daily paperwork as assigned by Manager. Maintain store cleanliness standards inside and outside the store, including but not limited to: Sweeping, mopping, emptying trash receptacles Clean and stock register counters, coolers, restrooms, product shelves, fuel pump area, ATM machine, lottery play station, foodservice area and machines, air vents and car wash area as assigned by Manager Assist in ensuring all appropriate store signage on counters, windows, shelves, fuel pumps, and coolers are posted and changed as necessary. Assist in ensuring all store equipment is functioning properly and is receiving proper preventative maintenance checks. Adhere to all company policies outlined in the policy manual and inform management when others are not following correct policies or procedures, including but not limited to: Dress code, attendance reporting, anti-harassment, drug-free workplace and guidelines for appropriate conduct. Follow proper safety techniques and guidelines and encourage others to do the same (i.e.: lifting, proper cleaning chemicals, knowledge of safety practices and equipment). Technical Expertise Knowledgeable on how to change gas prices after receiving information from Manager. Responsible for assisting with fuel inventory controls, by watching fuel pumps for drive-offs and by assisting with monthly preventative maintenance checks when assigned by Manager. Communication Advise Store Manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on store operating performance. Report all accidents, maintenance issues, and customer incidents to Store Manager immediately and complete proper paperwork. Communicate career opportunities and recruit potential store personnel. The Assistant Engineer reports to the Chief Engineer on day‐to‐day issues. As directed by the Chief Engineer, the Assistant Engineer shall have the authority under his/her licensure to perform responsibilities aboard his/her assigned vessel in a manner consistent with this job description and other Company policy and procedural guidelines. The responsibilities of the Assistant Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Safe operation and routine maintenance of the vessel's propulsion, auxiliary and other mechanical systems in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the vessel's flag, the international community, Company policies and procedures, and the manufacturer's recommendations in a manner responsible to the safety of the crew. Under the direct and active supervision of a licensed officer, loading and storing of bunkers, lubricating oils, and transferring of bunkers and oils to the tow or other vessels, and storage and management of bilge and bilge slops in accordance with Company procedures and in a manner responsible to the safety of the crew and the protection other natural environment. Responsible care and use of the vessel's consumable spares, mechanical stores, and tools inventories. Stand engine room watches in rotation with other members in the vessel crew. Complete appropriate engine room operational and maintenance tasks as directed by the Chief Engineer. Requirements include: Possess an U.S. Merchant Mariner's document and a STCW training and certification booklet, as required by law; Possess the proper certification by the U.S.C.G. for the type, horsepower and service of the vessel to which he/she is assigned; Ability to read and communicate in English; Ability to read and write in Spanish is preferred but is not a required; Ability to render, understand and react to commands given in English; Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsible for a variety of tasks involved in troubleshooting, testing, maintaining, installing, repairing, and operating corrosion control equipment for crude oil pipelines. Conducts surveys and tests both external and internal corrosion tasks, gathers data, and prepares reports to maintain the integrity of the pipeline system. Maintains the required documentation for regulatory compliance. Works with corrosion engineers to ensure the pipeline system is operating at the required standards. Responsible for meeting the performance training requirements as set by the Company and local/federal agencies. Supervise outside contractors performing work on the pipeline system. Car Wash Attendant reports to the Car Wash Manager. The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for the operation of the Car Wash business during their shift. This includes but is not limited to: assisting customers in purchasing car washes and fast-pass wash program, ensuring cars are properly loaded and directed into the tunnel wash and exit without incident, examining cars upon entry to point out any existing damage, keeping a close watch on all cars inside the wash to ensure safety of customers and co-workers, maintaining the vacuum areas and overall general maintencance and cleaning of the site

Wheelhouse personnel are responsible for supervising safe and efficient operation and performance of his crew, vessel and tow and for ensuring that the equipment is kept neat, clean and in good working order. They must also ensure that Company policies, rules and regulations are followed. Wheelhouse personnel must report to the Port Captain any and all violations of Company policy or violations of federal, state or local laws. Key Duties: Responsible for routine maintenance and operation of all machinery aboard the vessel and tow and ensure that it is in good operating condition. Also ensure that the tankermen check the barge pump engines for fuel, oil water and antifreeze. Must advise the office of anticipated crew shortages or overages immediately so as to enable the office to make timely manning adjustments among the fleet. Must instruct every crewmember to be respectful and professional towards all people at fleets, docks, locks etc. Must set the watch standing schedule for the wheelhouse and crew, ensuring that all crewmembers work according to watch standing regulations. Must post station bills and muster cards and ensure that all crewmembers are familiar with their respective stations and duties in case of an emergency. Complete all required training, disciplinary action forms, evaluations and other personnel-related documentation. Ensure that all injuries, or illnesses of crewmembers occurring on vessel be reported. Responsible for setting the safety culture on the vessel and ensure all members comply with the Company Safety Program and all training requirements. Conduct monthly drills and safety meetings in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for reporting all accidents and spills on any Company tow or boat, other vessels or tows, fixed objects such as buoys, or damage which results in cargo loss, contamination, spills or pollution. Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Valid Driver's License. Must have a U.S. Coast Guard license as Master Operator, uninspected towing vessels, endorsed for service on inland waters. Hold a valid personal Radio License issued by FCC. Radar Observer Certificate. Must attend an Advanced Pilot Management (APM) course every 5 years.
