Favoritism. Unrealistic guidelines set by uppermanagement that is pushed by supervisors and never put into motion, therefore nurses and caretechs get punished for their faults. Communication through all ends is horrible and the patients are generally who suffer the most from it.
Overall good working crew that can get it done when everything hits the wall.
Scheduling is generally not a problem and again mentioning the work staff from days and nights are great when team work comes into play.
The CEO is a joke all around who does nothing but comes around when it is convenient and benefit for himself. Amy Lowell does more than he ever has.

Recommend random pop ups on both day and night shifts to see what goes on to try and fix what is going on. And do it continuously until something is fixed. Also listen to the surveys sent out to employees that are pushed so hard, rather than pushing them for solely facility benefit.
Compared to any other facility in the area it is worth it, these days. After working travel and seeing what happens in different facilities, while Select had it's problems it's definitely one of the better paying and worth working at facilities anyone can find.
The representation of diverse demographics at Select is outstanding.
Personally, I am most fulfilled at work the moment I clock in and begin working to assist any patient who needs assistance.
