Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Possess current, unrestricted certification with the Commission on Dietetics Registration (CDR) Possess current, unrestricted dietitian licensure in Kentucky (Kentucky Department of Professional Licensing) and Indiana (Indiana Professional Licensing Agency) Knowledge of nutrition guidelines in chronic disease management. Knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of HEDIS or NCQA quality measures Valid unrestricted driver's license and ability to drive to multiple locations.
