Drafting, organizing and submitting corporate documents such as annual reports, resolutions, and operating agreements. Assisting with the preparation of mechanic's liens and reviewing sworn statements and lien waivers. Tracking and monitoring all legal claims and deadlines. Handling administrative tasks and matter intake for the Legal Department. Assisting with real estate closings and municipal approvals for Schilling Development. Assisting with legal needs of The Shrine of Christ's Passion. Education, Experience & Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience, in such areas as civil litigation, contracts, employment matters, real estate or general corporate matters. Superior understanding of Office 365 and ability to use web-based programs. Ability to use Westlaw or Lexis for legal research is preferred. Strong analytical skills with ability to learn new systems and processes. Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with employees, customers, and business partners. Demonstrable history of honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity Associate's or Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred.
