The pay was good, but after a while of long mentally draining customers yelling at you all day the pay didn’t even matter anymore. It wasn’t the best job for me because I feel like they don’t care about their employees
Stressful, mentally draining. We didn’t have the best training or the best leads. They were too strict and we didn’t get any freedom, taking 400+ calls a day with a minimum break between 8-10 hour shifts .
