As Chief Operating Officer for Selene Holdings and its subsidiaries, Katie Brewer is responsible for leading the daily operations of Selene including diligence, title, mortgage servicing, and insurance. Ms. Brewer brings over 18-years’ experience within the industry in various leadership roles leading diverse teams both nationwide and abroad. She defines the strategy, optimizes performance, and drives innovation within the business to ensure peak execution and client satisfaction with each engagement. Prior to joining Selene, Ms. Brewer held the position of Senior Vice President, Valuation Services Operations with Radian. During her time at Radian, she led REO operations, rental management, single family rental diligence, servicer surveillance, valuations, and appraisal management. Prior to Radian Ms. Brewer was Vice President, Collateral Based Solutions at Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, where she was responsible for the leadership, service delivery and portfolio performance. She began her career at GMAC ResCap, where she held various management positions, eventually as Vice President of Liquidations. Ms. Brewer holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Oklahoma State University in Business Administration, with a focus on International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.

Robert Smithline is a Chief Marketing Officer at SELENE FINANCE LP and is based in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
