Specialist should be outgoing, self-driven, motivated, flexible, goal oriented, and personable, able to connect with and build a positive/open working relationship with the students, school district staff, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, and local employers. Classroom Instruction: (In person and virtually as applicable): Utilize teaching methods, materials, curriculum fidelity, and adaptations appropriate to meet individual's needs.
