Financial Validation: Calculate financial opportunities realized through projects, working closely with Finance and Project Sponsors to validate the final agreed impact (savings/revenue). Knowledge Sharing: Act as an internal consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the sharing and implementation of operational excellence best practices. Continuous Learning: Stay current with new developments in business process improvement methodologies and best practices, benchmarking against other market leaders and industries. Requirements Education & Experience Advanced Degree (Master's) plus 3+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated environment. Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Business, Operations, or a related field. Required: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Preferred: Black Belt certification. Beneficial: Additional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or other Process Improvement methodologies. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Standard Work, and Kaizen facilitation. Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional improvement projects simultaneously. Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving techniques, and root cause analysis. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels. Training & Mentoring: Experience developing and delivering Lean training programs and mentoring teams. Results Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving measurable results through process improvements. Financial Acumen: Strong ability to validate project savings and work collaboratively with Finance. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or similar statistical tools is preferred. Soft Skills: Ability to work independently while collaborating across a matrix organization. Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Industry Knowledge: Experience in a cGMP/regulated environment is highly preferred. Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
