As a Senior Customer Experience Representative, you'll provide support to customers and serve as a subject matter expert on key customer issues. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service to our customers across Finished Goods and serve as a vital link between our sales, logistics, and finance teams-managing orders, solving problems, and building lasting customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
Partner with the sales & marketing team to support customer accounts and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Act as a liaison between retail and commercial customers/distributors and internal teams, to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Serve as a back-up or provide assistance to the Customer Experience Lead when necessary
Order Management & Fulfillment
Process and monitor customer orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment from scheduling through shipping.
Coordinate credit, planning, shipping, and logistics to meet delivery expectations.
Provide order updates, delivery details, and status reports as needed.
Hit agreed upon daily, monthly and annual KPI's for the individual and department
Issue Resolution & Support
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone or email with a solutions-focused mindset.
Strong knowledge product and application questions, providing accurate pricing, availability, and other information.
Investigate complaints and coordinate with the Customer Experience Supervisor to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Resolve billing/payment issues, issue credits, and manage rebate processes as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer files and order records in all online systems including the CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years experience in a customer service or order management role, preferably in manufacturing
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Excellent problem-solving, follow-through, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Overnight Plant Manager

The main objective of this position is to provide overnight leadership in managing the overall DRC (Double Re-Crepe) manufacturing operation which includes Safety, Production, Quality, Scheduling, Maintenance and Logistics functions at the Industrial Road (IR) facility. DRC is a cellulosic-based specialty nonwovens technology. This role has overall responsibility for an operation that is 24/7/365. This position is responsible for ensuring systems and processes are in place to achieve and continuously improve key metrics in the areas of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Customer Service while balancing Sellars' capabilities to meet our customers' needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Provide overall leadership and direction to IR Production, Logistics and Maintenance Teams in order to meet or exceed key metrics of Safety, Quality, Production Rate, Uptime, Waste, and Operating Cost. The performance of the IR Plant Manager will be evaluated relative to these metrics.
Follow directives given by the VP of Manufacturing and the Sr. Management team and proactively communicate information back to them.
Develop the capabilities of the DRC Leadership Team (Operations Leader, Reliability Leader and Process Leader) to effectively lead and manage the day to day DRC Operation.
Develop a deep and thorough knowledge of the DRC Process and the DRC manufacturing asset.

Pay:$20 We are hiring for a Forklift Operator to join our growing team! This position is eligible for a quarterly production & monthly Attendance bonuses!
The Forklift Operator is responsible for coordinating, organizing and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following:
Demonstrate personal safety and help maintain a safe work environment for themselves and fellow members of the Midtown team. Responsible for following all company safety rules and guidelines.
Ensure quality standards and workmanship standards for Sellars products are met on a continuing basis.
Understand and fully comply with the Sellars' concept of “move to the work.” This means ensuring all tasks required to operate efficiently.
Promote and support the Good Warehouse Management Practices.
Ensure inventory accuracy of Roll Goods.
Prepare, organize, and maintain all Logistics paperwork.
Maintain, organize, and coordinate the movement (using FIFO methods, if possible).
Complete and verify all documentation and forms (receipt, inventory, or shipment related) are accurate.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized and efficiently maintained.
Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers in a safe and efficient manner..
Qualifications/Requirements:
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of the workings of Sellars Distribution Center.
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills dealing with issues in a positive, complete manner.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Demonstrated capability to function within a team setting
Flexibility in work assignments and overtime hours.
Ability to exercise professionalism, courtesy, and tact in dealing with all members of the Sellars organization and external resources.
Ability to read and interpret all documents used in the Distribution Center.
Positive work attitude.
Prior experience working in a warehouse/Distribution Center is preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in material handling required.

Maintenance Technician
Shift:
3rd shift (11:00 pm -7:00 am) & On call weekends
2nd Shift (3:00pm-11pm) & On call weekends
The Maintenance Mechanic is eligible for our Quarterly Production BONUS & Monthly Attendance BONUS!
We are hiring for a highly knowledgeable Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys working in a team atmosphere! The ideal candidate will be responsible in supporting advanced repairs, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation/robotic machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment.
What You Need to Have?
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge and understanding of electronic drives and controls, building electrical and pneumatics.
Understanding of welding and fabrication, both small gage and mid-welder.
Must be comfortable working at heights of up to 30 ft. as there may be occasions when individual will need to work on building roofs or at heights inside facilities.
Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Perform routine preventive maintenance on all production assets.
Perform efficient, timely repairs of nonfunctioning production assets.
Perform modification and/or Fabrication projects to increase reliability and/or efficiency of the production assets.
Responds to operator requests and works with the operator to resolve issues.
Assist Maintenance Manager with projects and other assigned duties.

Responsible for the maintenance on physical assets, building and grounds.

We are hiring for a reliable Machine Operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment! The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting a converting machine. The ideal candidate should have some mechanical aptitude, the willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team environment.
What You Need to Have?
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read a ruler required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
Ability to constantly walk and stand for 8 hr.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
