Before joining Asure Software, he was president and CEO of Fidelity Investment's HR Services Division; president and CEO of Advantec; and executive vice president at Ceridian, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, operations and business development in the United States. Pat is a frequent industry speaker and serves on the boards of Allover Media and SafeGuard World International. He also serves as the CEO of APPD Investments.

In April 2017, Mr. Locoh-Donou was hired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of F5 Networks, where he has refocused the company on Applications Services Software (including Security) for Multi-Cloud environments. He is also the only management member of the F5 Board of Directors. Prior to joining F5, Mr. Locoh-Donou held successive leadership positions at Ciena Corporation (from 2002 to March 2017), a network strategy and technology company, including Chief Operating Officer; Senior Vice President, Global Products Group; Vice President and General Manager, EMEA; Vice President International Sales; and Vice President and Marketing. Prior to joining Ciena, Mr. Locoh-Donou held research and development roles with Photonetics, a French opto-electronics company. Mr. Locoh-Donou is also the co-founder and Chairman of Cajou Espoir, a cashew-processing facility that employs several hundred people in rural Togo, 80 percent of whom are women.

Jon Kirchner is our chief executive officer and also serves on our board of directors. Previously he was president of Xperi following the completion of the acquisition of DTS in December 2016. At DTS he was appointed chairman of the board of directors in 2010 and served as its chief executive officer beginning 2001. Jon led DTS through a period of significant success, growing it from a small startup, to a global industry leader generating over $190 million in licensing revenue. After joining DTS in 1993, Jon served in a number of senior leadership roles including president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Prior to joining DTS he worked for the consulting and audit groups at Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). During his tenure at Price Waterhouse LLP, he advised clients on a range of strategy, finance, operations and valuation issues. In 2012, Jon received the Ernst & Young Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Greater Los Angeles and in 2011, he was honored by the Producers Guild of America, receiving the “Digital 25: Leaders in Emerging Entertainment” award for being among the visionaries that have made significant contributions to the advancement of digital entertainment and storytelling.

Mr. Faitelson is responsible for leading the management, strategic direction and execution of the Varonis vision. Seeing the necessity and opportunity for next generation data management and protection automation, Mr. Faitelson and Mr. Korkus conceived and architected the metadata framework technology that now serves as the foundation for the Varonis Data Governance Suite, and are creators of several patents for permissions visualization, simulation, and data analysis. Under his leadership, the software company has experienced hyper growth, cultivated a worldwide installation base and forged a leading position in the data governance market. Prior to Varonis, Mr. Faitelson held key leadership positions in the global professional services, product development and systems integration divisions of NetVision and Network Appliance.

Kris Hagerman joined Sophos in 2012 as CEO. He is responsible for all aspects of Sophos’ strategic direction and business operations. Prior to Sophos, Kris was CEO of Corel Corporation. Previously, Kris served as group president, data center management at Symantec, where he led a business of more than $1.5 billion that represented nearly 30 percent of Symantec’s global revenue. Prior to Symantec, Kris was executive vice president and GM, storage and server management at Veritas Software where during his tenure, the company grew from $1.0 billion in revenue to more than $2.0 billion, prior to its acquisition by Symantec. Earlier in his career, Kris was founder and CEO of BigBook, an online yellow pages service and founder and CEO of Affinia, an online contextual advertising network. Kris also held positions at Silicon Graphics and McKinsey & Company.

Charles J. Meyers joined Equinix in 2010 as President, Equinix Americas, leading the company’s largest P&L through a time of significant growth and strong operating performance. Mr. Meyers then served as the Chief Operating Officer at Equinix, where he led the Global Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success teams. For the past year, he was President, Strategy, Services and Innovation (SSI) leading Equinix’s strategic business teams including Corporate Strategy, Technology Innovation, and Product Management and Engineering. Under Mr. Meyers’ leadership, SSI worked to optimize the company’s position as a cloud enabler, identify key growth areas, and evolve our services portfolio in response to market, competitive and technology trends. Mr. Meyers has built a distinguished 25-year career in the high-tech industry. Before joining Equinix, Mr. Meyers served as Group President at Verisign where he led a P&L portfolio including the company’s Security, Communications and Mobile Messaging businesses. Prior to Verisign, Mr. Meyers held various executive positions at Level 3 Communications, including Group Vice President of Global Marketing, President of IP and Data Services, and Senior Vice President, Softswitch Services. During his tenure, Mr. Meyers helped Level 3 emerge as a premier global provider of Internet and VoIP services. Mr. Meyers also held senior operating roles at BellSouth, was a member of the pre-IPO executive team at Internet Security Systems and served as a Senior Associate with Booz-Allen & Hamilton Consulting. Mr. Meyers earned dual master’s degrees from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and McCormick Graduate School of Engineering. He also holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
