Duties and Responsibilities Planning and coordinating processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for integrated organizational operations. Expect to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into informative and business decision making. Enhance or improve business processes via integration, or as necessary improve existing integration setup Monitor the well-being of all system interfaces, troubleshoot, and resolve any problems identified. Maintain documentation for all system interfaces. Support data warehouse and enterprise reporting system On a daily basis, monitor the performance and operation of core business systems. Troubleshoot and resolve problems that are reported by users or detected by system monitoring software. As required, assist business system super users relative to functional use of core systems when issues are encountered. Support IT audit activities semiannually. Coordinate with the IT infrastructure and Help Desk group with respect to desktop client changes required by each of the business systems. Willing to work off-hours as needed and motivated in learning new areas. Participate in other IT projects or activities as needed or requested by Manager, Business Systems & Reporting Qualifications S. in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field desired. At least five solid years' experience in business enterprise systems, technical programming integration, and BI / Reporting. At least 4 years experiences with SQL Server Must be able to communicate and interface well with all levels of personnel in the company. Must be a self-starter and able to carry multi-tasks and supporting off-hours where needed. Be able to translate business requirements to technical requirements. Description Assist in day-to-day IT Infrastructure Operations including monitoring and maintaining all field communication hardware, operating system software including security patches and certain application system software under the supervision of the Director, Technology Services. In addition, provide IT Help Desk support services for all field users. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Business Administration in MIS or related field with appropriate Microsoft certifications (MCSA or MCSE) desired. Equivalent industry experience would be accepted in lieu of bachelor's degree. Minimum 10 years' of technical support experience. 5+ years' of relevant Field Network Communication management experience. Must be able to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks/projects. Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-focused demeanor are highly desirable. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and maintain all field communication hardware including security patching. Perform administrative functions such as user/group creation and management. Troubleshoot all technology-related problems, including problems relating to hardware, software, network or Internet connectivity, etc. and work with external vendors where required. Provide IT Help Desk support services for all field users. Provide basic instruction and training for users in the operation of installed hardware and certain software systems, including remote access. Assist in all new Infrastructure hardware installations and support where required. Assist IT Management on other tasks/projects, as needed. Participate as a team player and coordinate activities with other IT resources. Always on Call and must provide off hours technical support. Occasional night and weekend work will be required for problem troubleshooting and repair or during special projects/rollouts. Show desire and ability to learn new technologies and its application in the current environment. Ability to lift more than 50 pounds required. Travel will be required.
