Job Description
Experience in automotive CAE domain of full vehicle model building and analysis.
Experience in the full vehicle building for Crash scenario.
Experience in Crash scenarios (full frontal and off-set frontal) analysis. Result interpretation and Report Making.
FE Modeling and assembly of BIW, Closure, Power train/integration, Trims, and Chassis assemblies using ANSA, VCD (Visual Crash Dyna) & HYPERMESH for Crash requirements.
Worked on complete deck preparation for FMVSS and ECE regulations.
Knowledge of modeling requirements and criteria for Crash & Safety, Durability and NVH.
Involve in customer interaction and implementation approach

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards through routine inspections, testing, and accurate documentation. This role supports quality assurance activities across incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. The Quality Technician works closely with production and management to identify nonconformances, support corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
Shift: 7am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and testing on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Measure and evaluate parts using precision inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other quality equipment
Accurately document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records and reports
Identify, report, and assist in the resolution of nonconforming materials, components, or processes
Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, work instructions, and safety requirements
Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and quality investigations as needed
Communicate quality issues effectively with production teams, supervisors, and management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
