Immediately prior to his role with Wells, Dan moved out of the private equity environment and became a divisional Vice President of Finance for a $7B company that has manufacturing operations around the world In addition to his role at Wells Concrete, Dan has served in multiple leadership capacities with the Precast / Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and served as the Chairman of the Board in 2017. Dan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota and is a Certified Public Accountant.
