The University Police Officer provides a peaceful and safe environment conducive to the education of the students by preservation of the public peace within the boundaries of the lands under control of the Board of Regents. The Behavioral Health Technician works as a behavioral interventionist to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Behavioral Health Units within larger nursing facilities. This role provides direct support to patients, implements therapeutic programming, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to ensure coordinated and high-quality care. The Behavioral Health Technician trains with and reports to a remote Clinically Licensed Therapist Supervisor, who provides clinical oversight on all cases. Key Responsibilities Participate in clinical training and case consultation as needed, including biweekly clinical oversight with the clinical supervisor. Attend and actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings to support coordinated care planning.
