We are seeking a Office/HR Assistant provides administrative and human resources support to ensure smooth office operations and assist employees and leadership with essential HR functions. This role includes handling business travel arrangements for executives (VP level and above), maintaining office supplies, assisting in recruitment processes, supporting company events, and coordinating HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and organized office environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance, coordinating necessary repairs and updates.
Arrange business travel, including flights and hotels, for leadership (VP level and above) following company policies.
