In addition to the charities we support as a company, we also encourage and celebrate team members who get involved with their own chosen organizations. Our Sendero Cares committee finds creative ways to build awareness of and promote the causes brought forward by employees, facilitates charitable group activities, and administers our matching funds program. The committee also collaborates with other committees and internal departments to give further aid to causes embraced by individual employees. Finally, it facilitates support of the organizations we as a company support throughout the year.
